  • 舉例 1:Good morning. / Good afternoon.

2:I am happy to be here.

2:My name is xxx. I am interested in pursuing a career in HR at your firm.

I am xxx. I was introduced to your firm via Linkedin, and I am interested in pursuing a career in HR at your firm.

I graduated from xxx University and majored in xxx. I was an intern at xxx company and I was in charge of …….

I have been working as a financial assistant at xxx company for 2 years. I handled…… and helped save 20% on maintenance.

1:I have the experience of being an international volunteer in Vietnam, showing that I am passionate about helping those who are in need.

2:I am very detail-oriented and open-minded.

In the near future, I hope I could help your firm expand the market and increase profits. Thank you for your time.

Good morning,

I'm [Your Name], and I'm excited to introduce myself. I discovered your firm through LinkedIn and am keen to pursue a career in HR here.

I graduated from [University Name] with a degree in [Major] and completed an internship at [Company Name], gaining experience in [specific responsibilities].

For the past two years, I've been a financial assistant at [Company Name], where I've successfully reduced maintenance costs by 20%.

Outside of work, I volunteered in Vietnam, emphasizing my passion for community service. I'm known for my attention to detail and open-minded approach to problem-solving.

1. Why are you interested in this position?

I have been following your company's innovations and leadership in the technology industry, particularly your groundbreaking work in artificial intelligence. The continuous investment in this field has made a strong impression on me. I am especially drawn to your emphasis on open innovation and teamwork, which aligns with my own work philosophy.

"I really want this job" or "The benefits of this job look good.

2. Why did you leave your last job?

I left for an opportunity to advance my career.

"My boss was terrible" or "My coworkers were difficult to get along with."

3. There is a gap in your resume. What were you planning during that time?

During the gap, I focused on developing my professional skills and seeking my next career direction. I took some online courses to enhance my professional skills and re-evaluated my career goals and future development. Besides that, I also participated in volunteer activities to help the community or non-profit organizations, which enriched my life experience.

"I didn't have any specific plans during that time; I just relaxed at home."

4. How do you deal with high pressure situations?

  • Situation:
During my internship at a marketing agency, we faced a tight deadline to finalize a client presentation, and there were unexpected last-minute changes to the project requirements.

  • Task:
My task was to assist the team in completing the presentation on time while ensuring that the new client requests were incorporated effectively.

  • Action:
I immediately prioritized the tasks, focusing on the most critical aspects of the presentation. I communicated with team members to delegate responsibilities and ensure everyone was clear on their roles.

  • Result:
By working efficiently and collaboratively, we successfully completed the presentation before the deadline. The client was impressed with our responsiveness to their needs and the quality of the final deliverable. This experience taught me the importance of adaptability and teamwork in high-pressure situations.

"I tend to shut down and avoid the situation." or "I get very anxious and it affects my work."

5. Are you a team-player?

  • Situation:
During a university business competition, I served as the team leader.

  • Task:
As the team leader, my responsibility was to coordinate the team, develop competition strategies, and ensure each member contributed to their full potential.

  • Action:
I began by conducting face-to-face meetings with team members to clarify our goals and strategies. Then, I scheduled regular progress update meetings to ensure everyone was aware of their contributions and next steps in the task.

  • Result:
Through the collective efforts of the team and effective leadership, we achieved outstanding results in the competition. Our solution received recognition from the judges and ultimately won the competition. This experience deepened my understanding of the importance of leadership and how to effectively coordinate and motivate team members to achieve common goals.

"No, I prefer to work alone." or "I find it difficult to rely on others, so I usually do everything myself."

6. What is your greatest achievement?

  • Situation:
Last summer, I went to Vietnam as an international volunteer, and there I met other volunteers from all over the world.

  • Task:
Our task was to arrange activities for orphans.

  • Action:
I became a bridge among all the volunteers because I was the one who spoke English the best. Therefore, I tried to convey their messages to each other as accurately as I could. Although the discussion was pretty long and it could be annoying when everyone had different opinions, I did not lose my patience because I knew all of us were striving to create good memories for the kids.

  • Result:
In the end, we came up with three games for the kids, and everyone was satisfied, especially when we saw the happy faces on the kids.

"I don't have any achievements that stand out." or "Getting a lot of likes on a social media post."

7. What are your weaknesses and strengths?

My weakness is that although I am applying for an HR position, I do not major in HR. However, after I found that I am interested in HR, I have taken HR courses such as HR management and interpersonal communication at school.

My greatest strength is that I am a problem solver. I always see a situation from different perspectives and find an efficient solution to solving the problem.

"I am excellent at everything." or "I am not good at working with others."

8. Could you share the job responsibilities for this position?

B2B marketing specialist
As a B2B marketing specialist, the job responsibilities typically include developing tailored marketing strategies for business clients, managing digital campaigns, creating content for lead generation and nurturing, analyzing market trends, collaborating with sales teams, and maintaining client relationships.

9. What are the challenges associated with this position?

B2B marketing specialist
Some challenges associated with this role may include navigating complex B2B sales cycles, staying ahead in the fast-paced tech landscape, effectively communicating technical information to non-technical clients, and demonstrating a clear return on investment for marketing initiatives.

10. What can you do for the company? / Why should we hire you?

Firstly, I am good at communication. +(1~2

Secondly, I have good organization and time management skills. +(1~2

Lastly, I am able to provide advice on business strategies. +(1~2

"I'm the best candidate you'll ever find" or "Because I'm hardworking and dedicated"

11. What are your expectations for this team?

My expectation is to establish a team with a positive atmosphere of cooperation and mutual support. I believe each team member can contribute to achieving common goals.

"I expect everyone to do their own thing and not bother me"

12. Where do you feel you can improve to increase your work efficiency?

One area I believe I can improve to enhance my work efficiency is time management. Occasionally, I find myself spending too much time on tasks that could be completed more efficiently. To address this, I plan to implement a daily prioritization system where I categorize tasks based on urgency and importance. Additionally, I aim to utilize productivity tools such as time-blocking techniques and task management apps to better organize my workload and optimize my productivity throughout the day.

"I don't think there's any room for improvement. I'm already very efficient in my work."

13. When you disagree with a supervisor or colleague, how do you approach reconciliation and coordination?

Firstly, I would actively listen to their perspective to understand their reasoning and concerns. Then, I would express my viewpoint in a diplomatic and constructive manner, providing supporting evidence or alternative suggestions where applicable. Next, I would seek common ground and propose compromises or solutions that address both parties' interests.

"I always make sure my point is heard, even if it means arguing with my supervisor or colleague until they agree with me."

14. Sharing an experience where you took on a task beyond your responsibilities.

In my previous role, I managed content and activities on social media platforms. During a key product promotion campaign, I recognized the need for greater engagement to boost impact and conversions. Despite my focus on content management, I proposed and executed an online interactive game to drive user participation and brand interaction. Handling the game's design, execution, and promotion, I successfully attracted a large audience and increased brand visibility. This experience honed my marketing skills and event planning abilities.

"I saw that my manager was struggling with a project, so I took it upon myself to complete it without informing them. I thought I could do a better job anyway."

15. What are your short-term and long-term goals?

My short term goal is to improve my computer skills by taking online courses and prepare myself for future opportunities.

  • 舉例 (long term):
My long term goal is to take on more challenging tasks, so I can assess my abilities.

"My short-term goal is to work here for a few months to gain experience, and then move on to a completely different industry."

16. What do you value in your work?

Work is a platform for realizing my value and talents. I enjoy challenging myself, growing, and learning throughout my career. I feel satisfied when I solve problems and achieve goals. Of course, wealth and status are also factors I consider, but they are not my sole motivations. I believe that through passion and hard work, wealth and status will naturally follow.

"I value having flexible working hours so I can spend more time on my hobbies."

17. What are your thoughts on working overtime? If your supervisor requires you to work overtime, can you accept it?

I can accept necessary overtime, especially during critical projects or when important goals need to be met, as sometimes overtime is unavoidable. I am willing to put in the extra time required to ensure the smooth completion of tasks. However, I also believe that effective time management and work planning can help minimize unnecessary overtime. This approach helps maintain a better work-life balance, ensuring long-term productivity and well-being.

"I refuse to work overtime under any circumstances. My personal time is more important to me than work."

18. How much time did you spend preparing for this interview?

I spent a considerable amount of time preparing for this interview, roughly a week. During this time, I researched the company's culture, products, and values to gain a deeper understanding of its business model and industry standing. I also reviewed my resume and prepared examples that highlight my professional skills and achievements.

"I didn't spend much time preparing for this interview. I believe I'm naturally good at interviews, so I didn't feel the need to prepare extensively."

19. What are your salary expectations?

Based on my research, the salary range for this position in the market is approximately between X and Y. Considering my experience, skills, and interest in this position, I believe this range is reasonable for me. However, I also highly value the company's overall benefits and career development opportunities, so the specific salary can be further discussed based on the overall package.

"I haven't really thought about it. Any amount will do." or "I expect to make at least NTD 2,000,000 a year."

20. Do you have any questions for me?

1:If I were hired, what would you want me to achieve in my first two months?

2:What is the greatest challenge the company is facing?

  • I don’t understand what you mean.

  • Excuse me, could you repeat the question?

  • Could you speak a little more slowly? Thank you!

A: Aware,
I: Impact,
D: Decide,
