Hahow 網站 Hahow.in （以下簡稱「Hahow」，「我們」，「我們的」），我們非常重視您的隱私權，此隱私權政策描述了我們如何蒐集您的個人資料，以及這些資料將如何被處理及利用，還有您可以如何管理及控制我們藉由 Hahow 所蒐集到您的相關資料。我們建議您在使用我們的網站、服務及與我們進行交易前，仔細閱讀此隱私權政策及我們的使用者條款。透過持續使用 Hahow，即表明您已接受此隱私權政策中描述的行為，並同意我們蒐集、處理及利用您的個人資料。關於募資開課者與 Hahow 之權利義務，另以雙方契約規範。

資料蒐集之個人資料類別

當您造訪或使用 Hahow 時，我們可能會蒐集您的個人資料包括但不限於以下項目：

1. 個人辨識（例如：姓名、住址、電子郵件信箱、行動電話、社群帳號）。
2. 個人描述（例如：出生年月日、性別、出生地）。
3. 財務辨識（例如：信用卡或簽帳卡之號碼、銀行帳戶之號碼與姓名）。
4. 財務交易（例如：收付金額、支付方式、往來紀錄）。

Hahow 遵守 Facebook 與 Google 網站的隱私權政策及廣告宣傳規範，經您授權所蒐集的個人資料，將僅用於協助 Hahow 提供服務給您。Hahow 在您使用 Facebook 或 Google 登錄時，僅蒐集並使用您的 E-mail 帳號與性別資訊，以提供客製化的內容及服務。

當您於 Hahow 購買任何課程時，所填寫之個人財務資料，包括信用卡資訊等，其蒐集、處理及利用將透過我們的金流協力廠商 （包括但不限於綠界科技 ECPay、LINE Pay 及 Razer 等），Hahow 將不會蒐集及處理對應之個人財務資料。

Hahow 如舉辦抽獎或任何回饋活動，您所提供給 Hahow 的聯繫資料，也僅供當次活動執行使用。

Cookies

我們會在您的電腦上設定並存取 cookies，它們是一種小型的資訊檔，經由您的瀏覽器儲存於您的終端機記憶體或行動裝置中。cookie 的種類主要分為 session cookie、persistent cookie。前者並未設置一定的保存期限，當您關閉瀏覽器時，session cookie 將自動刪除，後者則設置了一定的保存期限（例如一個月），除非期限屆滿或者您手動刪除，persistent cookie 將會一直保存在您的電腦或行動裝置中。

當您開始觀看線上課程時，基於課務管理需要，我們將於下列情形蒐集、處理並利用您的個人資料：包括但不限於繳交作業、記錄出席狀況及與講師互動等。

Hahow 網站使用第三方服務，包括但不限於 Clarity、國泰世華商業銀行股份有限公司等， Hahow 關係企業及相關委外之協力廠商（例如：供應商、提供物流、金流或活動贈品之廠商）；如為 Hahow 與其他廠商共同蒐集者，將於該共同蒐集之活動中載明。

其中，Hahow 委託國泰世華銀行進行信託等服務，國泰世華銀行於信託相關之特定目的範圍內，得就您的個人資料為蒐集、處理或利用，且國泰世華銀行應負保密之責任。

Clarity 提供分析工具，用以分析使用者瀏覽 Hahow 網站的情況，其蒐集的範圍包含您於 Hahow 網站內滑鼠點擊、移動、捲動視窗、及部分鍵盤輸入之行為，所有被蒐集之資料僅用於協助 Hahow 優化網站功能，藉此提供您更好的使用體驗，不會蒐集任何密碼及涉及個人敏感資訊。

被蒐集的資料將由 Clarity 處理及利用並保存於其伺服器上。 Clarity 將透過 Cookie 及其他技術蒐集的訊息包含：您瀏覽網站的設備之 IP 位置（僅以匿名格式處理及利用）、設備類型及瀏覽器、設備所在國家、網頁瀏覽使用的語言等。如需更詳細的資訊，請參閱 Clarity 的隱私權政策（https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/clarity/faq#privacy）。

個人資料分享政策

除本政策另有規定者、遵循法規之揭露或為了避免您或其他使用者受到任何威脅外，未經您的同意及授權，我們不會向第三人提供您的個人資料。於 Hahow 與第三方合作時，第三方之隱私權條款亦將適用。

若 Hahow 與其他公司合併、發生收購或我們出售部分或全部資產予第三方，我們會依交易條件約定移轉您的個人資料給該第三方。我們將會在移轉前您的個人資料前通知您，移轉後該第三方之隱私權政策將會適用於如何處理您的資料上。

為保障您的隱私及安全，我們將盡力以合理之技術及程序，保障所有個人資料之安全，但網路上的傳輸及資料之儲存，無法保證百分之百安全。

個人資料使用期間及地區

Hahow 將於存續期間內或您要求我們刪除您的個人資料前，於 Hahow 提供服務之區域利用您的個人資料。Hahow 所蒐集之個人資料將於 Hahow 營運地點處理（包括但不限於臺灣、馬來西亞、 Hahow 其他營運地點，及委外廠商所在地區）。

您瞭解並同意 Hahow 基於履行合約所必要，可能在歐洲經濟地區成員國境外處理您的個人資料，並傳送到未經歐洲執行委員會認定具有個人資料適足性之地區。但 Hahow 會依據當地法規採取適當安全維護措施，以維護您個資安全。

分享之資訊

Hahow 網站部分功能可以讓您公開分享內容，當您使用這些功能時，您同意且明白您所張貼的內容將會被公眾所閱覽。當您開始觀看線上課程並繳交指定作業時，您同意這些內容將被公開，任何不特定第三人皆可閱覽。

隱私權政策更新

Hahow 隱私權政策可能隨網站業務的需求隨時更改，除另有聲明者外，所有的修訂條款將於張貼日起自動生效，請您定期查看本政策。

個人資料之權利

您可以隨時登入您位於 Hahow 之帳號修改或更正個人資料，或以Email 寄至 contact@hahow.in 通知我們欲查詢或閱覽、要求製作複製本、請求補充、更正或停止蒐集、處理或利用及刪除您的帳戶及個人資料。惟於法律允許範圍（包括但不限於為了保護言論自由與資訊自由，或為了維護公共利益等情況）內，我們仍得保留您部分個人資料，您提出前述請求時，您明白該請求將可能會導致 Hahow 無法提供部分或全部功能。待您協助提供相關確實可信之資訊、協助 Hahow 進行檢視相關個人身份及資料，並履行相關法律所賦予您應履行之義務後，Hahow 將儘速完成需求。

Hahow Privacy Policy

At Hahow.in ("Hahow", "We", or "Our"), we are committed to the protection of your privacy and personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect your personal data, how it is processed and utilized, and how you can manage and control the information we collect through Hahow.

We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service carefully before using our website, services, or engaging in transactions with us. Policies regarding the rights and obligations of Instructors (Fundraising Course Creators) will be based on a separate agreement between the parties.

7. Miscellaneous: (e.g., course inquiries, memos, unclassified files, reports, messages, comments).

Hahow abides by the privacy policies and advertising regulations of Facebook and Google. Personal information collected with your authorization will only be used to assist Hahow in providing services. When logging in via Facebook or Google, Hahow only collects and uses your email account and gender information to provide customized content and services.

When you purchase courses on Hahow, the collection and processing of financial data (including credit card info) are handled directly by our payment processing partners (including but not limited to ECPay, LINE Pay, and Razer). Hahow does not collect or process this specific financial data. If you participate in sweepstakes or rewards programs, your contact information will only be used for the execution of that specific event.

Cookies

We set and access Cookies on your device. These are small text files stored in your terminal memory or mobile device via your browser. Cookies are categorized into Session Cookies (deleted when the browser closes) and Persistent Cookies (stored for a set period, e.g., one month, unless manually deleted).

Depending on their function, we use:

1. Course Management: When you view online courses, we collect and process data for academic management, including submitting assignments, recording attendance, and interacting with instructors.
2. Third-Party Services: Hahow uses third-party services including Clarity and Cathay United Bank, as well as Hahow affiliates and outsourced partners (suppliers, logistics, or event prize vendors). For joint collection activities with other vendors, details will be specified in the activity notice.
3. Trust Services: Hahow commissions Cathay United Bank for trust-related services. Within the scope of trust purposes, the bank may collect and process your data and is bound by confidentiality obligations.
4. Analysis Tools: Microsoft Clarity provides tools to analyze user behavior (clicks, movement, scrolling, and certain keystrokes). This data is used solely to optimize website functions. It does not collect passwords or sensitive personal information.
5. Data Processing: Collected data is stored on Microsoft Clarity’s servers. This includes anonymized IP addresses, device types, browser info, country, and language. For more detailed information, please refer to Microsoft Clarity’s Privacy Policy.

Data Sharing Policy

We will not provide your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as provided in this policy, required by law, or to prevent threats to users. If Hahow is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred to the third party under the terms of the transaction. You will be notified before the transfer, and the third party’s privacy policy will then apply.

While we use reasonable industry-standard measures to protect your data, no transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Period and Region of Use

Hahow will utilize your data within the region of service for the duration of our business operations or until you request deletion. Data is processed at Hahow’s operating locations (including Taiwan, Malaysia, and other offices) and locations of outsourced vendors.

You acknowledge that Hahow may process your data outside the EEA in regions not deemed "adequate" by the European Commission if necessary for contract fulfillment. Hahow will implement appropriate security measures in accordance with local laws.

Shared Content

Certain features allow you to publicly share content. By using these features (e.g., submitting assignments), you agree that such content will be publicly viewable by any unspecified third party.
