在2011年創立金工銀飾品牌Minifeast後，
譯蓁老師在2015年起開設銀飾設計師培訓課程，致力於推動銀飾教學與鼓勵學員創業。

2018年起更開始擔任跨領域的品牌經營顧問，
輔導學員走向創業路。
強調創業第一步「每個人都需要有個副業，來平衡工作與生活」，
很快有一天，你們也可以不用打卡上下班 (笑)
