Floors are high at 2950mm. Lobbies have stylish floors, granite lifts, and walls with textured paint. Kitchens have marble counters, enough space for sink and cooking, RO plugs, and gas connection. Utility areas have many plug points. Walls inside have smooth putty and primer; outside walls have primer and exterior paint. Toilets have false ceilings and glazed tiles up to 2450mm. Every detail follows the architect’s design.
