Two-bedroom homes can cost something from Rs. 98 lakhs to Rs. 1.1 crores. Three-bedroom villas can cost all that from Rs. 1.2 to Rs. 1.98 crores. Four-bedroom properties cost within Rs. 2.5 along with Rs. 3.0 crores.
